Asbestos Survey Solutions Ltd was founded in 2011 & serves both commercial & domestic clients throughout Norfolk & Suffolk. We are one of the few truly independent asbestos management and surveying companies. We do not undertake asbestos removal & you can therefore be assured that we act entirely on your behalf thereby eliminating any conflict of interest when assessing whether asbestos materials can be managed in situ or require removal or remedial work.
The presence of asbestos alone does not necessarily mean removal needs to be undertaken; more often than not asbestos containing materials can be monitored and managed in situ or remedial action taken to reduce any risks to a reasonable level. Asbestos Survey Solutions Ltd has built a client base based upon trust and integrity and as such will only ever recommend that removal or remedial work is required following our survey assessment unless it is fully justified and absolutely necessary.
In addition to asbestos surveying we have gained substantial hands on experience working & managing licenced & non-licenced asbestos removal projects over the years at operative, supervisory, managerial & director levels & are therefore ideally placed to ensure that, should remedial or removal work be required, it is carried out correctly and in accordance with current regulations, thus ensuring you are on the right side of health & safety law.

Helping you understand the asbestos regulations
The asbestos regulations can seem complex, but need not be a minefield, we offer free advice on all asbestos matters, including asbestos surveys, asbestos identification and asbestos management and welcome any enquiries you may have.
- We offer an independent and impartial asbestos testing / sampling service to establish or refute the presence of asbestos within suspect materials. This service can provide definitive identification of suspect materials for householders, maintenance personnel or tradespersons who may come into contact with asbestos
- We specialise in undertaking Asbestos Management Surveys to identify asbestos within your premises, evaluate the risks posed and provide independent & impartial advice, recommendations and actions to manage the risk and formulate an asbestos management plan
- Following the survey, we provide an aftercare service to guide you in the right direction with regard to any identified remedial or removal work or any other on-going management requirements that have been identified
- We provide an on-going service package, undertaking asbestos re-inspection surveys as required to ensure you are up to date & compliant with Health & Safety guidance & legislation regarding asbestos materials within your premise

Detailed asbestos survey reports
Our asbestos survey reports are produced in a detailed format showing each individual point in your building where asbestos exists using colour coded floor plans, photographs and individual material assessment sheets highlighting what Asbestos Management is required to minimize any risk. The use of detailed floor plans allows outside workers who may not be totally familiar with your premises to identify their position and carry out any maintenance work safely utilizing appropriate control measures and approved codes of practice.
All surveys are supplied in hard copy and PDF format and can therefore be easily reproduced if required.
