Asbestos Survey Solutions Ltd are a well-established asbestos management company with a reputation built on trust and integrity. Our mission is to deliver clear, honest, and fully independent asbestos surveys and testing across Norfolk and Suffolk. Established in 2011 and backed by over 23 years of experience, we work with both domestic and commercial clients to help them identify and manage asbestos-containing materials within their properties.

 

We are one of the few local independent asbestos surveying organisations and do not undertake asbestos removal, thereby eliminating any conflict of interests when assessing whether asbestos materials can be safely managed in situ or require removal. The presence of asbestos alone does not necessarily mean removal needs to be undertaken; more often than not asbestos containing materials can be monitored and managed in situ or remedial action taken to reduce any risks to a reasonable level. 

 

In addition to asbestos surveying, we have gained substantial `hands on’ experience working and managing licenced and non-licenced asbestos removal projects over the years at operative, supervisory, managerial and director levels and are therefore ideally placed to ensure should remedial or removal work be required it is carried out correctly and in accordance with current regulations, thus ensuring you are on the right side of health and safety law.

 

All surveys and sampling is undertaken by our experienced BOHS P402 qualified staff in accordance with HSG 264: Asbestos, the survey guide and any samples obtained, submitted to an independent 3rd party UKAS accredited laboratory to confirm or refute the presence of asbestos.
